Clamps Overview

Starting Clamps

After cloning clamps into /~/quicklisp/local-projects// and adaption of the Clamps Configuration, issue the following commands in the REPL:

(ql:quickload :clamps)

(clamps)

(output (new sfz))

The last expression should play a Middle C using a flute sample to the outlets. If no error messages appear in the REPL but nothing can be heard on the speakers, check the volume settings of your sound system (for local speakers on a linux system, you can use the alsamixer programm from the command line).
