load-ats

Function

(load-ats file &key (dist-energy t))

Load and return an ATS sound from file. Optionally move the energy from the noise bands into the partials. file will be searched recursively in all directories of *ats-file-path*.

Arguments

`file`	String denoting the filename of a soundfile.
`:dist-energy`	Boolean indicating whether to to transfer the noise from the boise-bands to the dist-energy in the partials.
